July 12 (THEWILL) – Nollywood actor Yul Edochie is not happy that some Nigerian politicians are sending their children abroad to study.

The actor took to social media to question how these politicians feel, knowing that the students who are supposed to be in school are home because of the ASUU strike.

He revealed that Nigerian politicians are running a system they do not believe in which is why they keep sending their children abroad for school.

He asked to be shown a white man who will send his own children to Nigeria to get a basic education.

“To our politicians, whose children go to school abroad, how do you feel about visiting your children abroad, taking photos at their schools and posting online while ASUU is on strike?

“Like seriously, how are you doing?

“You run a system you don’t believe in. Show me an Oyinbo leader whose child goes to school in Nigeria.
“And don’t you touch una?

“And when you come back to Nigeria, the young people will still come together and sing the praises of una?

His post comes hours after the Rivers State Governor’s son, Nyesom Wike, graduated from a university abroad.

The photo of the governor and his family, who attended his son’s graduation, has gone viral and drawn many mixed reactions, especially from students who are still at home due to the strike of the ASUU.
