Jamshedpur, September 25: September is Basic Education and Literacy Month for Rotary International. With this in mind, the Literacy Committee of the Rotary Club of Jamshedpur organized a child development session “Masti ki Pathshala” for schoolchildren.
A session of creative writing skills “Khel khel mein Pathan Paathan” was also organized for the teachers of the project school DBMS – Lilliput School under the direction of the president of the club Madhumita Santra, the president of literacy B Chandrashekhar and Rajni Shekhar on September 23 and 24.
Fun and interactive session on both days focused on building confidence.
DBMS English School interlocutors gave advice to solve maths using a faster technique.
The event saw the active participation of students and teachers from Lilliput School.
Kits containing books, stationery and sweets were distributed to students in the project school.
