Indian Army Recruitment 2022: In the Indian Army, applications from single men and women (including combat wounded wards of Indian Army personnel) are solicited for the grant of a short term commission in the Indian Army . The online application will open on August 17, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. and close the September 15, 2022 at 3 p.m.
Age limit: For National Cadet Corps (NCC) applicants (including wards of Battle Casualties) 19 to 25 years old to January 01, 2023 (born no earlier than January 02, 1998 and no later than January 01, 2004; both dates included).

Educational Qualification for Indian Army Recruitment 2022
(i) For NCC ‘C’ certificate holders
Education Qualification: Degree from a recognized university or equivalent with a minimum total mark of 50% taking into account marks from all years. Those studying in their final year are also allowed to apply provided they have achieved a minimum of 50% overall marks in the first two/three years of the three/four year course respectively. These students will be required to achieve an overall minimum grade total of 50% in the coursework if selected through an interview, failing which their application will be CANCELED. Etc.
(ii) For quarters of battle casualties of Indian Army personnel
Education Qualification: Degree from a recognized university or equivalent with a minimum total mark of 50% taking into account marks from all years. Etc.

Selection Procedure for Indian Army Recruitment 2022
(a) Screening of candidates: Without giving any reason, the Integrated Staff of the Ministry of Defense (Army) reserves the right to pre-select candidates. Applicants will be notified by email of the awarding of the Center after the shortlisting of applications. Applicants must log into the website after receiving their stipend from the selection center to choose their SSB dates, which are initially accessible on a first-come, first-served basis. The Selection Centers will then distribute it. The ability of applicants to choose SSB dates may be lost in the event of exceptional circumstances or incidents.
(b) In the selection centers of Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh), Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Bangalore (Karnataka) and Kapurthala, only those who have been shortlisted and are eligible will take the SSB (Punjab). Only registered email addresses and SMS numbers of candidates will receive an invitation letter for an SSB interview from the appropriate selection center.
The allocation of the selection center is at the discretion of the Directorate General of Recruitment, Integrated Headquarters of the Ministry of Defense (Army). No request for modification will be accepted in this respect.
(vs) There will be a two-step selection process for applicants. Stage II is for those who pass Stage I. Those who do not pass Stage I will be sent home that day. The SSB interview lasts for five days and information about it can be found on the official website of the Directorate General of Recruitment at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. If a candidate is suggested after Stage II, a medical examination will be carried out.
(D) Depending on the number of openings, training enrollment letters will be provided to candidates selected by the SSB and deemed medically fit, in order of merit, subject to meeting all eligibility requirements.
